The European Project CERV TRANSFORM, which launched on September 1, recently concluded its first international meetings. Hosted by the FÓS – Faculty of Organisation Studies in Novo mesto (Slovenia), in collaboration with project partners, the event took place on October 8 and 10.
During the kick-off meeting on October 8, the consortium presented the CERV TRANSFORM project and shared the initial findings from its State of the Art research.
The collaborative workshop, “The Future of Human Workforce Embracing Change, Challenges, and Opportunities,” was held on October 10. Experts from the consortium discussed the impact of automation, AI, and robotics on job roles, skills, and workplace well-being.
