In 2022, Ana Patrícia Duarte, from the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources group, presented a communication on “How organizational climate and supervisor support promote waste separation at work: the role of workers’ attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioural control regarding waste separation” at the Science Summit 2022, organised by FCT.
