Francisco Nunes, from the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources group, was involved in an organisational development project based on leadership for HOTI Hotels, one of the major hospitality operators in Portugal, currently in an expansion phase. The project aimed to prepare top leadership (Department Directors and Hotel Directors) to instigate processes for the improvement of organisational performance, allowing for the desired expansion, while nurturing the company’s identity. This 1-year project encompassed a diagnostic of cultural and leadership factors, training actions as well as the creation of personal development plans for the leader identity.
