FÓS – Faculty of Organisation Studies in Novo mesto (Slovenia), with the help of all project partners, will host the project’s kick-off meeting on October 8 and the collaborative workshop “The Future of Human Workforce Embracing Change, Challenges, and Opportunities” on October 10.
In the kick-off meeting, the consortium will present the project and share the general results of the State of the Art with the audience.
In the workshop, the consortium will delve into pressing issues surrounding the future of work, focusing on workforce transformation driven by automation, AI, and robotics. The discussion will focus on how these changes are shaping new job roles, skills, and workplace well-being in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.
