The 10th RMER Conference hosted by Iscte Business School, Business Research Unit and Audax was held at Iscte, Lisbon, on 26-28 September 2023.
The theme of the conference was Sustainable and Responsible Management: A decade of integrating knowledge and creating social impact through innovation and entrepreneurship.
Several BRU-Iscte researchers participated in this conference.
- Fátima Salgueiro, Director of BRU-Iscte participated in the Plenary Session.
- Ana Simaens, from the Management Group, was the conference chair and member of the program committee.
- Ana Patrícia Duarte,from the Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, was a member of the program committee and the chair of Track 15- General Track.
- Sandra Loureiro and Jorge Nascimento, from the Marketing Group were co-chairs of Track 13 – Societal Impact of Sustainable Consumption in a Hyperconnected World.
- Irene Ciccarino from the Management Group was the chair of the track Track 03 – Collective Action for Transformative Movements: Projects, Ecosystems, Civil Society, and Public Policies and presented the following works: “The case of a social innovation hub aimed at community attachment, prosocial mobilization, and skills development” and ” Social and environmental governance strategies: a synergy challenge”.
- Luís Simões, from Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Group presented the work “I will share my ideas with you if you are a responsible leader! The mediating role of leader-member value congruence and leader pro-voice behaviors”.
- Marcya Gonzáles, from the Marketing Group presented the work “Cruise Tourism Sustainability and Society: An Exploration of Stakeholders and Practices”.
- Mariana Rodrigues, from the Marketing Group presented the work “Sustainability in VR: Are my actions authentic?”.
- Muhammad Asim Sarwar, from the Marketing Group presented the work “Green Marketing: An Integrative Literature Review”.
Other PhD Students from BRU-Iscte participated in this conference, namely Samson Ajayi and António Pé Curto. Master student Pedro de Palma, research fellow of the RESETTING Project, also participated presenting results of the project.
In addition, BRU-staff members were also involved providing support to the local organization of the conference.
