In the beginning of June, the European project CERV-TRANSFORM: The Future of Human Workforce: Embracing Change, Challenges, and Opportunities hosted two events at Iscte: the Interdisciplinary Expert Roundtable Symposium (which took place on June 3) and the Workforce 2050 Preparatory Summit (which happened on June 5).
The Interdisciplinary Expert Roundtable Symposium provided an interdisciplinary panel discussion to facilitate the exchange of knowledge between experts and project partners, to promote collaboration between different domains and encourage the development of multidisciplinary solutions to address the project’s main challenges: identifying and addressing key challenges on the future of the labour market.
The Workforce 2050 Preparatory Summit: Designing the Blueprint gathered employers, HR, and other relevant labour market experts who, alongside the project partners, focused on identifying the most important topics to carry out the development of scenarios for the future of the workforce, to serve as the basis for a Participatory Design Thinking Workshop.
The CERV-TRANSFORM project is locally coordinated by BRU-Iscte researcher Sílvia Silva, and counts with BRU-Iscte researchers Maria João Velez and Diogo Torres as part of the team. Iscte research unit Dinâmia’CET is also involved through the participation of researcher Sara Ramos.
