The TRANSFORM project hosted the “Participatory Design Thinking Workshop for Workforce Scenario Development”, with attendance of employers, HR specialists, union representatives, students, and researchers. The event took place on September 17, 2025 at Iscte.
The workshop was facilitated by the TRANSFORM team: BRU-Iscte researcher and TRANSFORM local coordinator Sílvia Silva, BRU-Iscte staff Mafalda Casais, and Dinâmia’CET-Iscte Sara Ramos, with the support of BRU-Iscte researchers Diogo Torres and Maria João Velez.
