The TRANSFORM project hosted a discussion panel on Ethical Challenges in the Future of Work on October 15, 2025 at Iscte.
The panel was intended to be a space for reflection and open discussion around the themes:
- Ethical principles in the implementation of AI in the workplace
- Privacy of workers in the face of new technologies
- Justice and equal access to opportunities in an automated world
- Well-being and work-life balance in the context of AI
The event was moderated by BRU-Iscte researcher and TRANSFORM team member Maria João Velez, with the support of the TRANSFORM team. Guests were Inês Vaz Pereira (Partner at Deloitte); Ana Maria de Almeida (Iscte faculty); Ana Patrícia Duarte (Iscte faculty), and Hélder Figueiredo (APG Vice-president and HR Diretor at RodoCargo).
