The Portugal Living Lab has been at the forefront of promoting innovative practices based on the ENGINE framework. These initiatives were recently highlighted at the 24th Edition of the UFHRD Conference, a significant event in the field of human resource development. The 24th Edition of the UFHRD Conference was held in the vibrant city of Lisbon from June 12th to 14th, 2024. This year’s conference centered around the theme: “Human Resources Development in a Digital Age,” delving into the various ways digitalization is transforming HRD practices and strategies.
The Living Lab’s participation at the conference provided an opportunity to showcase the groundbreaking work being done in Portugal. The innovative practices presented at the event demonstrated the potential of the ENGINE framework to drive positive change and improve organizational performance.
Furthermore, students from the University of George Washington were actively involved in exploring the innovative practices showcased at the Living Lab. This collaboration fostered knowledge exchange and provided valuable learning experiences for both the students and the Living Lab team.
