The Horizon Europe Synclusive project published its Newsletter #6.

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance both digital and soft skills among young people, the Portuguese project partners conducted an immersive workshop titled Teamwork and Leadership Skills Development with VR.

In this session, participants engaged in simulated leadership and teamwork scenarios using virtual reality technology. Through role rotation, real-time problem-solving, and reflective exercises, they developed a deeper understanding of their communication styles, decision-making approaches, and collaborative effectiveness. The workshop was facilitated by Professor Agnes Jenei and contributed to the project’s broader goals of holistic youth empowerment through experiential learning.

On May 22, TNO and Iscte presented the Synclusive project at the 22nd European Congress of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) in Prague. Experiences and challenges in building coalitions across three diverse regions were presented by IBRU-Iscte researcher Maria José Sousa, highlighting the contextual nuances of implementing Synclusive at a national level.
