On July 8, 2026, the European project SME-RISE: Business Modelling Skills for Drone Entrepreneurs Erasmus + Priorities gathered the partners in Heraklion, Crete, to advance the tools, training, and resources supporting SMEs and aspiring entrepreneurs in the drone sector.
The meeting covered a review of needs-assessment findings from Portugal, Greece, and Cyprus, a discussion on the project curriculum and support ecosystem mapping, and an exploration of high-potential growth areas for drone entrepreneurship across Europe.
