* This conference uses a one-step submission process. Authors can participate in the conference by submitting either a Full Paper or an Abstract (and just one of the two). If authors choose to submit an Abstract they will no longer be allowed to submit a Full Paper later.

** Presentation acceptance applies to all submission (abstracts and full papers). A paper submission may be accepted for presentation based on the paper’s abstract.

***Submitted papers undergo peer review and may be accepted or not for publication in the proceedings. We encourage the submission of Full Papers considering the publication.

Author Guidelines

This conference uses a one-step submission process. Authors can participate in the conference submitting either a Full Paper or just an Extended Abstract. Abstract or Full Papers may be written in one of the following languages: English, Portuguese or Spanish.

For authors participating with a Full Paper:
Papers should not exceed ten thousand words (Microsoft Word format, font Times New Roman 10, single spacing) including References (APA Style). Each paper must include a short abstract of 150-250 words and 3 keywords in its original language. If the original language is Portuguese or Spanish, it must include also an abstract and keywords in English. Alternatively, use the Springer Proceedings template.

For authors participating with an Extended Abstract:
Extended Abstracts, typically ranging from 1 to 2 pages, follow a structured format similar to a full paper. Main sections include Title, Authors and Affiliations, Three Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References in APA Style (see https://www.allinternationalconference.com/blog/2024/12/30/how-to-write-extended-abstracts/).

Publication opportunity: Authors of accepted Full Papers who have registered can submit their Full Paper for publication in the Conference Proceedings, with ISBN Number. Comprehensive instructions will be sent via email a few weeks after the conference.
