New Horizon Europe project alert!

BRU-Iscte researcher Henrique Martins, from the Management group, together with the team of the competence centre BRU Digital Health International (BRUDHI), will be leading Iscte’s efforts within the new Horizon Europe project CANDLE -National CAncer data Node DeveLopErs, supporting policy dialogue activities, especially in connection with the European Health Data Space regulation.

CANDLE, which started on June 1st, is a 3-year EU-funded project aiming to help European countries establish National Cancer Data Nodes (NCDNs) that manage and share cancer data in alignment with the European Health Data Space (EHDS). These nodes are envisioned as the backbone of a federated European cancer data infrastructure, improving research, care, and policy across the continent. Read the full press release here.
