BRU-Iscte researchers Aristides Ferreira and Maria João Velez were invited to participate in the panel discussion “Tertúlias a Sul: Lideranças Destrutivas” [Talks in the South: Destructive Leaderships], organised by the Portuguese Psychologists Association (OPP/Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses).
The main objectives of the initiative were to promote an informed reflection on destructive leadership and its impact on individuals, teams, and organizations. It also aimed clarify concepts and typologies, identify early signs and risk/protection factors, share evidence-based practices, and bring research and practice closer together.
The event took place on September 26, at the headquarters of the Portuguese Psychologists Association (OPP/Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses).
