The EURAM 2024 Conference hosted by University of Bath, School of Management was held at UK, on 25-28 June 2024.
The theme of the conference was Fostering Innovation to Address Grand Challenges.

- Luís Simões, from Organizational Behavior and Human Resources research group presented the work “In theory responsible, in practice…?”: A qualitative inquiry into the social meaning of responsible leadership”
- Stefânia Souza, PhD student in Accounting presented the work “The Sum of All Fears: The Role of Collective Emotions on the Rise of War Logic”
