The INITIATE Project is organising the webinar “The Path to Sustainable Campuses: Challenges and Opportunities”, to be held on 16 September 2026, from 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m., as a pre-conference event of ECIE 2026 – the 21st European Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

The webinar will explore the challenges and opportunities associated with the transition towards more sustainable university campuses, combining perspectives on energy-demand goals, institutional action and campus sustainability networks.

The session features contributions from Nuno Bento (DINÂMIA’CET-Iscte) and Carla Farelo (Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon) and will be opened by Professor Florinda Matos (DINÂMIA’CET-Iscte) and closed by Professor Paula Vicente (BRU-Iscte).
