As part of the Iscte International Staff Week, the Nature Futures Erasmus+ project hosted a workshop on July 9, on the concepts of Nature-based Solutions and citizen science, using the Iscte campus as an example. The workshop was conducted by BRU-Iscte researcher and Nature Futures local coordinator Catarina Roseta Palma.
The event took place between July 6 and 10, 2026, at the Iscte campus in Lisbon, under the theme Designing the Future of Urban Living: Well-being, Sustainability and Urban Challenges. The audience was composed of international staff involved in international mobility and cooperation, working in student support, well-being, sustainability and educational innovation, and it aimed to exchange practices, strengthen networks and contribute to more inclusive, resilient and sustainable universities within the urban ecosystem.
