The CERV project TRANSFORM – The Future of Human Workforce: Embracing Change, Challenges, and Opportunities held two events on April 21 and 23, hosted by Dr. Nadia Molek and Petra Jakše from the Slovenian partner FOŠ – Faculty of Organisation Studies.
The first event, on April 21, was a two-part workshop on well-being at the workplace titled Workspace from the Heart, organised by Swedish partner Well-being Lab: the first part focused on well-being at the workplace and mindful organizational culture tools, facilitated by Karolina Mazetyte; the second part focused on a prospective view on the workplace using future literacy lab methodology, facilitated by Natalia Melo Perez.

On the second day, the partners were invited for a networking hike to Trška Gora.

The second event, on April 23, was titled Collaborative Reflection and Future Roadmap on the Future of Workforce Challenges, led by FOŠ, with the input from all the partners. The first part, in the morning, was an internal meeting to prepare for the afternoon, where the partners presented the project results to the public and stakeholders in the form of a Roadmap.

At the event were BRU-Iscte researcher and TRANSFORM local coordinator Sílvia Silva, BRU-Iscte project funding manager Mafalda Casais, and BRU-Iscte researcher Diogo Torres. The international partners present at the event were NCPE (Malta), Comparative Research Network (Germany), Innovation Hive (Greece), Well-being Lab (Sweden), I.R.E.S. (Italy), and Fundacja Fundusz Inicjatyw (Poland).
