On November 27, the European project INITIATE hosted the Roundtable ‘Data-Powered Business Innovation Models’, as part of the joint conference Shaping the Future of Data, Knowledge and Innovation with AI for Global Sustainable Change. The conference is happening at Iscte between November 27-28, 2025, under the theme of Knowledge and Data Management in the context of AI and Sustainability.
The roundtable focused on how data can power business transformation. BRU-Iscte researcher and INITIATE’s local coordinator Paula Vicente moderated the event.
The roundtable guest included António Bob Santos (FCT/Iscte), Mariza Motta (Lisbon Metro/Iscte), Miguel Pina Martins (Science4you), and Vítor Hugo Pereira (Plan4Sustain/Startup Leiria/IPLeiria/Iscte).
