ImAFUSA released it’s newsletter #5, mentioning the participation in the ATT Cluster Event.

The Aviation Twin Transition (ATT) Cluster Event was a gathering of experts, industry leaders, researchers and policymakers working towards sustainable and digital transformation in the aviation and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) sectors. Organized under the ATT Cluster, this event aimed to foster collaboration, share insights, and drive innovation in sustainable aviation.​

The event took place in Athens, Greece, on July 29 and 30.

Two projects linked to BRU-Iscte were present – RefMap and ImAFUSA, and BRU-Iscte researcher Sofia Kalakou  (Global Coordinator of the ImAFUSA project and ISCTE’s lead for the RefMap Project) was invited as a speaker.

Sofia Kalakou contributed in two panel discussions:

  • “Regulatory and Operational Challenges” – exploring performance assessment in the field of Innovative Aerial Mobility (IAM).
  • “Future Aviation Economy” – sharing business insights into the future of sustainable aviation.
