“Sempre gostei de compreender fenómenos que impliquem processos, interações e relações. Comecei pelos fenómenos físicos e químicos (Engenharia Química), passei para os sociais (Sociologia Económica e das Organizações) e para as interações entre humanos, marcas e tecnologias (Marketing). Interesso-me por integrar conceitos e teorias que têm origem em diferentes áreas para interpretar as relações entre humanos, marcas e agentes de Inteligência Artificial que podem ocorrer em ambientes reais, virtuais ou estendidos.
