BRU-Iscte researcher Prof. Maria José Sousa chaired the UFHRD 2024 Conference (University Forum for Human Resource Development Conference). The event was held on June 12-14, at ISEC Lisboa, under the topic: Human Resources Development in a Digital Age.
The conference was organized by REDO (Rede do Empresário) – a network of over 10,000 service companies and institutions that offers a wide and diversified range of products and services. Prof. Maria José Sousa is a scientific advisor and part of the network’s education & training team.
REDO is a partner in the SYNCLUSIVE consortium – an EC funded project with national coordination by Prof. Maria José Sousa, that is developing research to stimulate the inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labor market.
