Chinese students and scholars studying in Portugal perform to celebrate the Lantern Festival in ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in Lisbon on February 11, 2017. Rector Luís Reto exchanged gifts with Chinese ambassador Mr. Cai Run and gave a speech on the gala. Some 400 Chinese students and scholars attended the gala.
