Researcher Ana Patricia Duarte from Organizational Behavior and Human Resources research group will be present at Ciência 2024 Meeting, the largest event dedicated to science in Portugal, which takes place from July 3 to 5 at the Alfândega do Porto.
As part of her participation in the event, Ana Patricia Duarte will present a scientific poster titled “Organizational Humanization: Exploring the Impact of Socially Responsible Human Resource Management on Work Engagement”. The poster explores the results of a study co-authored by Vítor Hugo Silva from Dinâmia’CET-Iscte, that analyzes the relationship between socially responsible human resource management and employee engagement in organizations.
Her participation in the event is an opportunity to disseminate the research work of BRU-Iscte and to discuss the importance of organizational humanization and socially responsible human resource management.
The motto of this year’s Ciência Meeting is “+Ciência para Uma Só Saúde e bem-estar global“.
