The 2nd SocioDigital Lab for Public Policy Conference will take place on November 27 and 28 in the Auditorium of the new Iscte Knowledge and Innovation building (CVTT), under the title “Inclusive Territories for a Green and Digital Transition”.
This event will bring together leaders, policymakers and experts exploring the critical intersection of the green and digital transitions. With a focus on inclusive territories, the conference will address the challenges, opportunities and innovative solutions needed for a sustainable and just future.
In addition to talks by environmental expert Ricardo Garcia Mira (University of A Coruña) and UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) member Patrick Devine-Wright (University of Exeter), the program also features 5 round tables aimed at promoting discussion of public policies, climate change and the digital transition within the 5 thematic lines of the SocioDigital Lab.
The Organizing Committee is composed of Maria Assunção Gato (DINAMIA’CET-Iscte), Mónica Meireles (BRU-Iscte) and Susana Batel (CIS-Iscte).
