As part of the TRANSFORM project, the Faculty of Organizational Studies (Slovenia), Inštitut za slovensko narodopisje ZRC SAZU (Slovenia), University College Limburg (Belgium), and Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon (Portugal) are pleased to invite researchers, academics, policymakers, practitioners, employers, employees, and other stakeholders to participate in the Second International Interdisciplinary Conference: The future of Human Workforce, to be held online on 29 September 2026.
The conference provides an interdisciplinary forum for examining how digitalisation, artificial intelligence, demographic change, the green transition, and evolving forms of work are reshaping the future of the workforce across Europe and beyond. It seeks to foster dialogue between research, policy, and practice by encouraging critical reflection on the opportunities, challenges, and governance of workforce transformation.
The conference forms part of the TRANSFORM project and aims to promote knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based discussion on how to support inclusive, sustainable, and human-centred workforce transitions.
The conference is online and in English language.
