Human Resource Analytics and Data-Driven Decision-Making: Case of the Commercial Airline Sector in Portugal, a new volume co-authored by BRU-Iscte researcher António Pimenta de Brito and Ana Maria Palma Moreira (European University, Lisbon), has been published by Springer Nature as part of the Human Resource Management series.

This work is the result of a comprehensive research project dedicated to examining the application and efficacy of Human Resource Analytics (HRA) and data-driven decision-making within Human Resource Management, utilizing the commercial aviation sector in Portugal as its empirical context.
