Professor Amon Simba, from Nottingham Business School (UK) gave a Research Seminar today on the topic Enhancing rigour, relevance, and crafting research contribution in Business. The seminar focused on discussing relevant approaches to prepare meaningful, impactful, and publishable research in business.

The session was chaired by BRU-Iscte researcher Renato Pereira, who also gave a seminar on the topic How to explore a theory to develop publishable research in Business: The Conservation of Resources (CoR) Theory. Renato’s seminar focused on exploring the Conservation of Resources Theory to discuss how to open avenues for developing research within a theoretical framework, taking different published works that used this theory to guide the discussion.
