On 8 October 2026, BRU-Iscte researchers Patrícia Duarte and Luís Miguel Simões presented three posters at the 7th Congress of the Order of Portuguese Psychologists (OPP), held in Coimbra, together with Vítor Hugo Silva (DINÂMIA’CET-Iscte) and Carla Mouro (CIS-Iscte).

The presented posters were:

• Environmental social responsibility and employees’ green voice behaviour: the mediating role of job autonomy, job demands and work engagement, by Carla Mouro, Ana Patrícia Duarte, Luís Miguel Simões and Vítor Hugo Silva

• Beyond the 2030 agenda: how purpose-driven organizations and responsible leaders inspire employee engagement, by Ana Patrícia Duarte and Luís Miguel Simões

• From overwork to voluntary turnover: how work alienation bridges the gap across generations, by Ana Patrícia Duarte, Vítor Hugo Silva, Luís Miguel Simões.

Together, these contributions reflect BRU-Iscte’s ongoing research into sustainability, responsible leadership and employee well-being, as well as its collaboration with other Iscte research centres.
