We are pleased to share that BRU-Iscte researchers Ana Junça Silva and António Caetano received the Outstanding Paper accolade in the 2025 Emerald Literati Awards, with the work ‘Procrastination is not only a “thief of time,” but also a thief of happiness: it buffers the beneficial effects of telework on well-being,’ published in the International Journal of Manpower (Q1 in JCR).
