This afternoon, BRU-Iscte hosted the TOURSUS-EU final event Tourism Sustainability: Insights, Challenges, and Perspectives, a hybrid event with opening by Sandra Loureiro (BRU-Iscte) and several guest speakers:

The event included a roundtable with Early-Career Researchers titled: The Future of Sustainable Tourism: Smart Technology, Sustainable Travel, moderated by Ana Gardasevic (MSCA BRU-Iscte).
TOURSUS-EU is a project designed to contribute to the definition of, and the transition to a more sustainable model of tourism, which is one of the major issues of the European Union region. It was developed under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoctoral fellowship coordinated by BRU-Iscte, granted to Ana Gardasevic under the supervision of BRU-Iscte researcher Sandra Loureiro.
